Working in the auto industry for 20+ years is one of my best accomplishments, and I look forward to a long career with ONYX Automotive, which began in June 2019. People know me for my honesty and knowledge of automotive products and brands that we offer. If you ask my colleagues and friends, they’d say I’m always friendly and eager to help. Some of my certifications include being a BMW master technician for over 15 years and a BMW high voltage specialist, a diesel specialist, and ZHF Transmission rebuild specialist. Talking about the BMW brand and how it works is one of my favorite discussions. Outside of the dealership, I’m a true family man. Spending time with my sons, daughter, and wife of 20 years is the best aspect of life. I also enjoy video games, technology, computers, science fiction, and sports.

first , car was not done when told it would be done at end of day. chris called and told me that part was defective so would be monday, the next work day. that was fine, as i had a loaner car. but then late monday i hadnt heard from chris about my car so i called and he said it would not be done until the next day????? wow.
