About Colin
Hey, I'm a Service Advisor here at ONYX Automotive. I've been at it for nine years now, and I'm a Nebraska City native. Helping people is a big part of what I do, and I genuinely enjoy hearing the stories my customers share. You might even find me talking your ear off about golf – I'm an avid player and always up for a round. I'm told I'm pretty good at remembering details, which comes in handy when figuring out what a customer needs. My main focus is making sure everyone who walks through our doors gets the best possible service, and I love making their day a little brighter. I’m lucky enough to have made some good friends along the way. I'm a father, and I try to bring that same dedication and focus to work. By the way, I used to ride sheep, and I took first place at the Sidney Iowa Rodeo when I was 7. I actually went to UNO and Arizona before deciding to pursue my love of cars and helping people. I'm all about providing efficient service and making sure everyone has a good experience.

The overall experience was good, I was appreciative of being able to have a loner car while mine was being fixed. I was disappointed in the lack of correspondence. I had to initiate the conversations for updates.

Colin is exceptional. I've never had a service advisor like him, Onyx or otherwise. He always remembers me and asks how my car is doing, even when I'm there with a different car. He deserves a bonus or a raise or something. I never doubt that I'm going to be well taken care of when he's on the case.
