My family is all currently employed or retired from the automotive sector in positions such as Accounting Manager, Shop Foreman, General Manager, and Benefits Specialist. I have been an automotive enthusiast for over 20 years with backgrounds in German, Japanese, Korean, and American-based manufacturers. At work, guests can always look to me for an excellent customer service experience, along with a conversation about cars, motorcycles, and sports. That's due to my easygoing personality and love for helping others. When explaining products, I'm known for a unique explanation method that ensures all automotive jargon is easy to understand!
