Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at ONYX Automotive. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High and have a Harley-Davidson Technical Diploma. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my twins and toddler, cheering on the Huskers, and playing golf. My passion is BMWs and providing the best possible customer experience – I aim to make sure every client leaves satisfied and wants to return. I’m dedicated to that and pride myself on being reliable and efficient.

I am typing this review slowly because my joints aren’t what they used to be and the prune juice hasn't quite kicked in yet. Eric provides a level of service that is, frankly, alarming. Not only does he fix my vehicle, but he does so while maintaining a relentless commentary on my "vintage" status. He seems to find my dietary staples—specifically my high-octane tapioca pudding and medicinal prune juice—a source of endless amusement. The “antique vehicle” personal reference was unnecessary but amusing. When I blew my whistle at him to ensure he was sufficiently alert to handle my oil change, he had the audacity to laugh instead of snapping to attention. A lesser customer might find his cheerful resilience charming; I find it a blatant disregard for the solemnity of early-morning automotive maintenance. In all seriousness, Eric is the second best advisor I’ve ever had. He is a good asset to Onyx.

Eric was very helpful in a complicated situation with a part that was located overseas and took a couple weeks to get in. He provided a loaner car, and communicated regularly as to the updates on the part.
