Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at ONYX Automotive. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High and have a Harley-Davidson Technical Diploma. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my twins and toddler, cheering on the Huskers, and playing golf. My passion is BMWs and providing the best possible customer experience – I aim to make sure every client leaves satisfied and wants to return. I’m dedicated to that and pride myself on being reliable and efficient.

Being an out of town customer with a flat tire, I was nervous about the service I might expect, but Eric and the whole Onyx staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Too bad I dont live closer!

Eric was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond by helping me get my vehicle serviced and also assisted in retrieving a ring that was accidentally lost under the rear seat. He coordinated with the staff to ensure I was able to recover the ring safely, and he kindly did not charge me for removing the seat and retrieving it. I truly appreciate Eric’s dedication, kindness, and willingness to assist during this visit. His helpfulness made a stressful situation much easier, and I am grateful for his support. Thank you so much, Eric, for your exceptional help!
