Welcome to the dealership with hardworking staff who always put the needs of our customers first. I'm Evelin Diaz, a Service Adviser who looks forward to meeting you and learning more about your vehicle needs. I grew up in Omaha and studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I love watching or taking on anything related to Disney and Marvel; I'm also a huge fan of Boho décor and love gardening. I enjoy DIY projects with my spouse, especially upgrades and house decor. Making memories with my husband and our daughter is what I look forward to each day. Our beautiful girl is the perfect daughter that a parent could ask for. My husband is also in the automotive industry, working as a technician; we met six years ago while working for Toyota. I bring so much to my profession, such as attention to detail and great customer service skills. I'm also bilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently. Guests enjoy working with me for many reasons, such as my ability to put myself in almost anyone's shoes, allowing me to sympathize and recognize how I'd like to be treated in that situation. One of the proudest aspects of my job is having the ability to help customers in need, providing guidance and understanding with their car issues. Car troubles surprise guests in many situations, and they're not prepared for the outcome. However, I take the time to explain the situation thoroughly, doing all I can to ease the problem and eliminate any other difficulties. Learning about vehicles has been a fun part of my career, which began in 2017. It is truly rewarding to assist and guide those who need it and watch them drive away safely with a smile.

Had difficulty connecting with a service advisor but I understand that the staffing was short that day. I was a bit disappointed while the dealership was still open that we could not get a courtesy car that afternoon. No one seemed interested in helping us with our situation as our car was disabled on the side of the road. We towed our vehicle to the onyx that evening but had to Lyft back to Lincoln.
