About Jim
I have worked in the luxury car business since 1972; 35 of those years were with a family-owned Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealership; 11 years with a Lexus dealership; and now I find myself here with ONYX Automotive, providing BMW, MINI, Jaguar, and Land Rover. Regardless of where I have worked, my priority has always been to solve our clients' transportation needs, one driver at a time. I’m proud of the relationships that I have built with my customers over the years. My clients are like family! Customers enjoy working with me because of my commitment to helping them buy a vehicle, instead of simply selling them a car. Outside of work, my interests include spending time with family and doing any activity that pertains to golf!

Great experience. Jim went above and beyond expectations. As I was traveling from out of state, he was gracious to pick-me up from airport. In addition, he kept me informed via text message and phone calls throughout the buying process.

Mr. Goll was quite a character and very knowledgeable about the BMW line and the comparable models. It was actually kind of an enjoyable experience, unlike what can happen sometimes during a car exchange. We had a test drive and then made an amicable agreement that we were both happy with. Condescending attitude, poor match done by associate setting up the appointment to discuss buying a car, my long term loyalty to BMW was barely acknowledged or considered in the negotiations, swore in front of me when reading a text, one of my worst experiences at ONYX, finance and genius folks were terrific.

The first car that Jim had bought in from another dealer was not exactly what we wanted. So he went to a lot of work to have the first cars financing rearranged to work on the car that we actually took. Now we are getting a car with the options we will be happy with.
