Joseph was extremely efficient during a stress time for me. My car was totaled by am uninsured driver and I need a car quickly but I needed something reliable and affordable. On top of all of this I was very worried about being approved for a loan at all due to my current credit score and atill having my old loan not paid off yet. Joseph remained calm and positive for me during the process and he got an approval within 10mins! He made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I sat down. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and he took the time I needed to go over questions. I have purchased 7 cars at the same dealership since 2009 so I was nervous about going to ONYX instead of my regular place. Thanks to Joseph's help, ai will now be a long term buyer from ONYX instead!

He was on time, well prepared, knowledgeable, and listened to my/our concerns. I did not expect to buy immediately but he made everything so seamless it seemed OK to proceed to close on the first visit. The only hiccup was when person would call and set up appointment to understand and learn all details and how to use. I sent a message and she immediately called, set appointment and did an outstanding tutorial for this old man.
