Had a great experience with Joseph buying a car from out of state. He made it easy, sending me pics and videos and reserving the car for me while I made arrangements to fly in and drive home. Joseph was clear and up front and the transaction went exactly as planned.

Jopseph was very easy to work with. He was not pushy, however, did keep in contact wtih me while I decided if the vehicle I was looking to purchase was going to be the right fit for what I was needing. Was personable and knowledgable regarding the vehicle.

We bought a "unicorn" from Onyx so had little choice in location or price. Joseph was very nice before the sale, of course, confirming that there were no warning lights or significant dents/scratches (we also didn't see any on a video walkaround) and the shipper was insured. The car was delivered out of state with "check engine" light on and a significant dent/scratch in the door. Both seemed to have occurred during transit but the carrier stuck by their legal requirements. We asked Joseph several times to take care of it. Eventually he did arrange for a good-will refund to take care of the "light diagnostic". I think this dealer is OK but the shipper they arranged is not, so would only recommend using them if you are local.

He did an outstanding job. My concern is that F&I has yet to email the paperwork so I can licenese this car. It is a big issue. I believe I paid $899 to have this done, whixh everyone should know is just profit to the dealership. You need to do better.

First time online used car purchase. Joseph took the time to video the entire car inside and out to give us a detailed picture of what we would be buying. He was transparent and honest. Nice young man.

Overall good except the lack of follow thru after the sale. Joseph was going to set us up with the individual regarding stripes on the car. Didn't happen. Also not happy how they tried to slip car coating into the price.
