Working in the automotive industry for over 25 years has been an incredible experience. I have mainly worked with hi-line clientele throughout my career. I love building a strong rapport with my clients, ensuring trust, and achieving longevity in professional relationships. When it comes to my free time, I like riding and am looking forward to purchasing my second Harley-Davidson. My family and I are new to the Omaha area and plan to stay for a very long time. Top notch. Made me feel welcome with small talk and asked about our vehicle. Asked all the right things and kept us updated thoroughly with many texts and emails. The follow up text a few days after getting it back after having a couple of things done that were recommended after the normal service and inspection were done was appreciated and shows his customer service savvy.
