About Landen
I'm a Client Advisor here at ONYX Automotive, coming up on 4 years at Onyx now, I'm originally from Fremont. I take a lot of pride in helping people find the right vehicle. For me, it's about matching them with something that fits their lifestyle and budget, not just making a sale. Customers often tell me they like how easy and straightforward the car-buying process is with me. Before this, I graduated from Fremont High. I'm both BMW and Mini certified. Outside of work, I'm pretty active. I played hockey, enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, and I like to cook. I'm a big fan of meeting new people and I get a real kick out of helping them find the perfect car. People tell me I'm reliable, approachable, and always ready to help. I'm also pretty easygoing and try to bring a positive energy to everything. We can chat about a lot of things – college football (Go Huskers!), my dog, hitting the gym, or, of course, cars.

So overall, Landon was great. But we really would’ve liked to have known that the vehicle that they found for us was a very, very loud vehicle. We didn’t know that until we were ready to drive it off the lot. We had no idea that the V8 was so loud. Another unfortunate thing that I really wouldn’t expect Landon to know is that the seats in the X7 have a very hard firm piece of foam that hits many people right on their sitbones. It kills after a very short trip. We don’t really put much of this on Landon because we probably could have checked those things out, but it did not enter our minds that the V8 would sound like a motorcycle revving up. And I’ve never had a vehicle hurt me on my sitbones before, so that did not enter my mind either. Too bad for us, I guess.
