Having worked in the auto industry since 2016, I have met a lot of people from all walks of life, and created lasting relationships along the way. My customers come back to me for service, and send lots of referrals. That’s because they know I will go above and beyond to create a great sales experience. Being a Certified BMW Client Adviser allows me to provide each guest with the knowledge and advice they need to find the vehicle that suits them well. I’m very passionate about the BMW brand and the performance level of the vehicles that we sell. I studied at Wayne State and UNO. In 2017, I was a recipient of the Profiles in Achievement Award (new vehicle sales). My special skills include excellent communication and a background in the hospitality industry. When the time permits, I enjoy fishing, camping, and anything outdoors. I also love to travel with my husband. Some of the places we have visited include Belgium, Rome, Belize, Guatemala, and Alaska.

Morgan did a fine job. She followed up on a cargo cover and also secured what they now call an owner’s manual. she did everything asked. To BMW Corporate, if you are not technically familiar, it is EXTREMELY frustrating. So much so they I would be very hesident to purchase another BMW if a more user adaptable owner’s manual was not available.

Morgan was great! Very knowledgeable about the BMW lineup. A lot of times I go to a dealership, and I feel like I know more than the salesman (because I do a lot of research beforehand), but Morgan was an exception to that experience. I wish my buying experience at other dealerships had been as enjoyable.
