Hi, I'm Nick Appletoft, a service manager at the dealership who looks forward to working with you soon! I joined the auto industry 16 years ago, and the dealership in 2016, working in various roles, from technician to shop foreman. Helping our service department grow and exceed the expectations of our incredible customers is my top priority. I'm always here to solve problems and put a smile on the faces of our guests, from beginning to end. My accomplishments throughout the years include 2018 Profiles in Achievement Gold for shop foreman, 2018 voice of the customer most improved service department, and 2021 Profiles in Achievement Platinum for service manager. I also attended Wyotech and obtained an associate's degree in automotive service management, and for post-secondary, I completed the BMW STEP program in Orlando, Florida. My certifications include being an ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician, BMW Master Certified Technician, High Voltage Specialist, and the BMW M Motorsport Certified Technician. You can catch me traveling in my free time—my favorite destination is Jamaica. I'm also a big fan of the BMW brand, so I love working for ONYX Automotive!
