I am very unhappy with the overall experience. Over the years, I have purchased many out of state vehicles. I am particular about the color and equipment, often needing to do a nationwide search. I have always had a good result with these purchases. The current purchase was for a 2024 Mercedes with 15000 miles. I wanted a vehicle with remaining factory warranty. What I received was a vehicle with a lot of dog damage inside, a paint scuff on the outside and terrible dog odor. One seat had been repaired and I was aware. Another seat and the armrest remain damaged and were not disclosed. The paint damage was not disclosed nor was the terrible odor. I am in the process of try to deodorize and repair the damage. Will cost several thousand. 500 already spent on detailing without fully addressing the odor.

He did a nice job showing the highlights and limitations of the cars I went to look at, and helped guide me to the one that fit best (which was not the most expensive option). There was no pressure on the sale, he was straightforward with communication, and easy to work with.
