I'm Zach was wonderful. However the car was filthy from construction dirt in the area. It took me 4 hours to get most of it off. Also I was picking the car up and driving it back to Minneapolis. Before we left we noticed all 4 tires were low. We got back and a couple valve stem caps were not put back on and are missing. I think your prep person missed the boat. A little more attention detail would have been nice, especially on a BMW 760.
